Experts say self-motivation in times of crisis is an advanced form of communication that helps the individual or team to produce a desired result.

Although we are going through a difficult times, we can withstand all the difficulties in our lives if we are aware with the situation that we are in.

However, when facing these challenges, it is important that we don’t face it with weak hearts. To motivate ourselves, it is important that we do motivational exercises. First, we need to step in front of a mirror and start communicating with ourselves. Giving yourself pep talks can help a lot. Look and think of that things that you want to happen to your life in the future. Say a mantra every morning in front of the mirror on what you want to become in the future. On the other hand, while doing this exercise, it is important that you ask these questions first:

• What are your dreams?
• What are your strengths? If you can not identify, ask a friend and or a family member.
• What are your weaknesses?
• Evaluate whether there is a wide gap between where you are and where you want to be.

• What prevents you from doing what you want? Establish a list of the obstacles accompanied with possible solutions. Analyze them and see how you can overcome them.
• Finally, begin to see the good in everything that appears to be negative and take it as a challenge presented to your life. We all have our purpose in life, but some get lost on the road. Others did not find purpose until we stumble or go through an experience or a situation that can become a negative experience.
• The person who does what he likes attracts success. Take that feeling of accomplishment and let that feeling is the engine to start toward your goal. Only you have control of their lives.
